Currently Logged-In Users
A login stays "active" for up to 12 hours after sign-in, or until the person logs out — whichever comes first. This reflects live login sessions, not lifetime visit history.

Event Types (menu categories)
These types appear as tabs — FDP, QUIZ, Paper Presentation, Seminar etc. A type having events cannot be deleted until its events are deleted.
Upload Event Data
Menu Tabs (decided by Admin)
These appear as additional menu tabs after the Events tab. Deleting a tab also deletes its contents.

Scrolling Ticker Text (Vision / Mission strip)
Shown as a scrolling strip above the top menu, visible to everyone even before login. Enter one line per box — each line scrolls fully across, then pauses 10 seconds before the next line starts, looping continuously. Leave a box empty to show fewer lines.
Home-Page Top Menu Buttons
These buttons appear on the strip below the letterhead, visible to everyone even before login (Various Activities, Academic Calendar and Courses (Subjects) are pre-loaded). Deleting a button also deletes its contents.
Upload Department Information
Entries appear under the selected home-page top menu button, visible to everyone.
